EXTRA FLEXIBILITY: POSTPONE FOR ANY REASON!

We’re pleased to announce that for most of our custom tours you can now postpone your trip up until 45 days before the start of your trip without penalty – no matter what your reason.

Here’s How it Works:

• Tell us you are interested in our Postpone For Any Reason Offer
• We’ll ensure your trip qualifies
• Pay your tour planning remittance (usually 20% of the total trip cost) and we’ll get everything booked.
• Your Travel Consultant will contact you around 45 days before the start of your trip when the final balance becomes due and assess the current travel situation with you. If you decide to postpone, the new travel dates must be within 18 months of the original ones.

Additional flexibility! – Change Destination

If you cannot travel to a particular destination due to government-imposed Covid-19 travel restrictions and you do not wish to postpone, you can change to another destination in South America. In most cases, there will be no penalty if the change is made at least 45 days before travel. In all cases, we’ll do what we can to facilitate this change with as little penalty as possible.

Note: As every itinerary, we assemble is different, we’re not able to offer the above on all trips, so talk to your travel consultant for exact details. It can be combined with one additional offer. Available only for selected new bookings made from 1 May 2020 to 31 March 2021. The Postpone for Any Reason offer will be shown on your invoice if applicable to your trip. Your new dates or destinations may have a different price. Flights are excluded from this offer, though many are changeable for a fee or can be canceled with the credit kept for a year from the date of purchase. These offers should not be used as a substitute for travel insurance. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.
