Go from booth to booth, trying new desserts, dishes, and drinks. Learn about the wide regional variety of Peruvian dishes – from the Afro-Peruvian entrees to Amazonian dishes – it’s all at Mistura. This year’s main attraction will be Peruvian food, including maracuya and other larger-than-life delectables.
Last year’s Mistura food festival included a potato museum, featuring the many varieties of the tuber that Peru has grown and harvested since the time of the Incas. World-famous chefs, including Peru’s own Gaston Acurio (of the famous Astrid & Gaston restaurant in Lima), will be on hand at Mistura to show off the culinary delights of Peru. You can also check out their Mistura Facebook page. View our Wine & Culinary Peru Tour here.
