Let us know and a meal that you shall love can almost be guaranteed! No seriously! If it is just being vegetarian or vegan, which is normal nowadays or whether you require a more special diet, let us know! Onboard, the cuisine is otherwise international, with a few traditional Ecuadorian offerings. Please just remember, that most ships are Explorer Cruises with excellent guides and not necessarily 3star Michelin restaurants. The food is wonderful, but not center stage on most of the over 100 ships serving the Islands. If food for you is very important, let us know and we shall book you on a boat that is known for its outstanding gourmet restaurant.
