All services exceeded my expectations.

Ricardo, my trip coordinator, met me outside baggage claim at Cuzco Airport. He accompanied me to the hotel and made sure I was checked in. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small (European-sized) but well-appointed. Good breakfast. Location was super; just off the main plaza. Check- out time was early (9 am), but I was able to leave baggage at hotel before return flight.

The city tour coordinator met me at the hotel. Several tours organized at the same time and in the same place. I found my name on one of the lists but it was a bit chaotic at first. Jose, the trip leader, was knowledgeable and courteous. There were 12 people in the tour group.

Ricardo was on time at hotel to take me to the train station. The train to Machu Picchu was very scenic, it left and arrived on time. I was met at the Machu Picchu train station and directed to the bus station. She also gave me the name of the Machu Picchu tour guide that would meet me at the top. This was very helpful because it was very crowded. The guide, Peto, was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were 14 in our group. The return train was on time.

Ricardo met me at the hotel at the agreed upon time the next day to go to the airport. I had plenty of free time to shop and explore. I will definitely recommend your company to any of my friends who will be traveling to South America. I was totally satisfied with the personal service I was given.
