Charlotte provided excellent service. We decided on a South American holiday 2 weeks before we were due to travel and Charlotte managed to pull it all together for us despite the time crunch. She spent hours on the phone with us to patiently go through the details of what we needed. All the tours she suggested were top notch and run by professionals. The hotels booked were in safe locations and of good quality. There was only 1 hickup throughout the trip where our airport pickup failed to pick us up but that was quickly remedied with a taxi ride which the company paid for. All in all, everything was extremely well organized and we had a fantastic trip.
