Dear Izabela!
We have now returned to Norway, and want to give our feedback to you. First of all: We are all over very satisfied with the tour: The logistics were nearly perfect. We felt ourselves in very safe hands, we could trust that everything was cared for, and that everybody showed up in time. The itinerary was very interesting (as it were customized according to our wishes!) We are satisfied that (nearly) all our wishes could be fulfilled according to the time we had at our disposal. It was a relief to be picked up at the airports! It was a relief with English-speaking guides at some of the hotel arrivals: It was several times necessary with the assistance from the guides when there were problems with the booking at some of the hotels, as the reception crew didn't always speak English. The domestic flights were perfectly on schedule every time, except once, but this was no problem, as we originally had a short connection-time in Curitiba just this day. We were also satisfied with the international flights, even if the comfort at the inbound flight (London-Rio) could have been a little better (the outbound flight (Sao Paulo - London) was more comfortable: more space). We are all over very satisfied, as we wrote in the beginning af this mail! We will of course recommend South America Travel to our friends and acquaintances! We are also very satisfied with the correspondence when preparing our tour, and the quick answers on our many questions on advance! We forgot unfortunately to tell that we were very satisfied with our private guides - their English were very good, and their general knowledge were really impressive! The group guides were generally good too, if not always at the same level as the private ones. The drivers in Belo Horizonte, Curitiba and Missiones in Argentina, were obviously very experienced, and brought us very effectively and safely to our sights and back to the hotels!
