Overall, we are very pleased with everything. We traveled to Peru, Iguassu Falls and Rio de Janeiro on April 5-26, 2018. I corresponded with Thomas Manchester a year before our trip. He was very organized, patient and prompt while I was planning our trip with him via email. He gave suggestions and explanations why this location or schedule is better than the other. We booked the tours, lodgings and flights all through him. Even when there was a last minute change to our return flight, he emailed to inform us. (The local tour guide also did.)When one of us dropped out, he was still courteous and handled the changes suavely. Due to this change, one of the hotels did not have a triple room for us. We had to change to a less priced hotel and Thomas offered additional tour packages to compensate for the hotel change. Very honest of him. We enjoyed and preferred the new itinerary too which included a boat and helicopter ride in Iguassu Falls. The trip itself went smoothly from pick-ups, drop offs, guided tours up to departures. All spoke English well and were accommodating. If I had to choose somewhere to improve on, the tour guide in Peru was rushing us so she can finish the tour. We felt like she was not enjoying her work. The tour guides in Iguassu Falls and Rio de Janeiro, Olivieri and Luis respectively, were friendly, accommodating and fun to be with. I will definitely book with you again. I actually wish you offer tours for destinations all around the world. Thank you, Thomas and the rest of your partners and teammates!
