Hi Laicie -

Thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas greeting - I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year as well!   I have been meaning to email you to let you know that the trip you set up for my Mom and I was perfect! We had an amazing vacation, touring Quito and Cuenca as well as visiting with my sister and my nephew. Everything was so well laid out for us and all of our transfers to and from hotel/airport, tours, hotels, location, and meals were above expectations. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and welcoming to Ecuador.

I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know traveling to South America, and when I have the opportunity to visit again, it will be with your assistance. Thank you for an OUTSTANDING trip! I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free, well-managed, safe, enjoyable trip.
