Thanks for your assistance, Juliet, on our recent trip to Argentina. To keep us from becoming lethargic, the weather provided variety (!) from snow and wind in Patagonia to heat and humidity in Tucuman. Memorable moments were an everyday occurrence. We especially enjoyed the natural landscapes in the Northwest (Cafayate, Salinas Grandes, Humahuaca) and Patagonia (Los Alerces, Nahuel Huapi), the cultural opportunities in the cities (MAAM in Salta, Feria del Libro in BA), and the gustatory delights everywhere (El Establo in BA, Dona Salta in Salta, Familia Weiss in Bariloche). All our guides were first-rate, ready to help at a moment's notice. Given the lengths of our contacts with them and their congenial services, I must single out Cynthia Hernandez in Esquel and Cristian Canada in Salta for special mention. Even the unanticipated mini-crisis -- Fred broke a tooth & needed to visit the dentist in Salta -- turned out fine with advice and direction from tour and hotel staff. Again, thanks for your ideas and your help. Great trip!
