What could have been quite a stressful situation, was handled seamlessly and professionally
We are still only in process of planning our trip to the Galapagos. We thought everything was settled, but then encountered life changes that required significant and uncertain revision to our plans. Charlotte provided options in our itinerary to address various outcomes that we could not predict. What could have been quite a stressful situation, was handled seamlessly and professionally.
