I would actually pick 4.5 stars but there isn't such an option. It's truly amazing how SouthAmerica travel could work seamlessly with different tour companies in different countries such that the transfer and handovers were almost flawless. Tour guides were good and decent as well, most of which were enthusiastic in sharing more about the sights, history. 
Only issues I faced was:
1. Chile pick up was an hour late because there was a time change and the tour operator did not realize it. 
2. The company used in Brazil is rather careless with details. My guide was told "not sure which flight they are on but its a Gol flight" so to play safe he waited from the first Iguasu flight till the last (which is the one i was on). Got to applaud him for his professionalism but..this is unnecessary.
Nonetheless, will use the company again when I next visit Torres del Paine and Easter Island!
