My trip to Peru and Bolivia was expertly planned by consultant Jared Karp who understood what I was wanting to do during my travels. His hotel selections were great and I would definitely book again with South America Travel in spite of a couple of small hiccups. One while in Cusco when the guide showed up 45 minutes late with no advance contact that he would be late. Turned out he had some issues with his child causing the delay. This could have been resolved with a simple phone call to either the agency or my hotel to relay the message. South America was accountable and showed integrity by buying my dinner at my hotel in Ollantaytambo. The second problem was in Bolivia when my guide showed up one hour late for a trip to El Alto to see Las Cholitas wrestling. I was very stressed about this being that it was my primary reason for spending time in Bolivia on this trip. At the end of the day, it was a wonderful trip with lots of photos.
