The tour programming, before the actual tour, was excellent. My programme specialist, Jon Hillstead, left no stone unturned to make it a personalized tour and A superb one. Every aspect, from his immediate responses to my queries, sightseeing advice, hotel selections, flight information, etc was 100 % bang on. Our trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and finally the boat tour on the Amazon was really memorable and delightful. Our tour guides at each city were simply superb --- so loving and helpful. In fact, the guides ( at each place ) MADE our tour a success.
