The staff listened to my questions, concerns, and what I really wanted to see on the trip. They adjusted and fine tuned the trip for me. There are a lot of private tours and private transfers, which make it pricey. They are responsive. We are older, and these "hand offs" are probably why my husband agreed to go on the trip to Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. The trip requires comprehensive travel insurance. I was astonished to see the (additional) cost was over $500 for the two of us from the insurance provider- for which they included a link. This is only the second time that I've been on a trip that required travel insurance. The other time was Egypt, so you get the picture. (When I encounter this, I don't know why I pay a supplement for Medicare emergency care in a foreign country.) The trip is next year, so I have to reserve my full opinion until after the trip. So far, so good.
