This rating is for my trip planning experience. Tom, and his fill-in Marty while Tom was on vacation, have both been terrific - extremely helpful and responsive. My trip planning had many twists and turns, including major itinerary changes and even a possible last-minute cancellation. All of the planning has been uncomfortably close to the travel dates for unavoidable reasons, which made the planning very stressful. Tom responded promptly and helpfully to all of my questions and changes and made good itinerary suggestions when I needed them.
