Every step of the experience was delightful. My consultant Jennifer was accommodating, flexible, and provided great feedback and options based on my preferences. I had a question mid-trip and received a speedy response over the holidays to ensure everything ran smoothly. The majority of my tours had private guides which meant I was able to continually ask questions to maximize the experience. I was thrilled, and would absolutely use the same service again.
