SouthAmerica.travel, Jon Hillstead, organized our group travel to Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and Chile in July 2017. Organization of the trip included all accommodation, transfers, land transport, and guides at each location. Many activities were also arranged for us, including day trips, access into many landmark visitor locations, and entry into several museums and places of interest.
All aspects of the trip went extremely well. The accommodation was as described and top quality. The guides were professional, with adequate English, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All guides demonstrated an excellent depth of knowledge in the history and customs of the places we visited. SouthAmerica.travel demonstrated excellent insight into the best attractions and methods of travel between each destination, including a good understanding of the best place for our group to visit the Amazon. We received excellent advice on our activities; including foresight to pre-book access to Huayna Picchu as part of our Machu Picchu experience.
There were no issues with any of the arrangements made by SouthAmerica.travel, adding to the enjoyment of our trip. We thank SouthAmerica.travel for organizing a wonderful holiday, and we recommend their services without hesitation. Jon was very responsive to our requests and he was responsible for our awesome holiday.
