Hello Tye,
We are mid trip, flying to SFO from UIO. I want to thank you for helping us to have a most amazing experience in Ecuador.; Every little thing went so smoothly and Klein Tours was very responsive to our needs. We feel we had outstanding guide with Carmen and Edwardo. Fausto, our driver for 3 days was very helpful and averted countless accidents. Our guides both helped us love, appreciate and understand every little thing about Ecuador.
The accommodations were all splendid. At Napo Wildlife Center we feel we had the very best cabin, #15 that sits out over the water. We sat out there for hours watching birds (toucans) and caymans. We loved Hacienda El Porvenir and went horseback riding which was a highlight of the trip. The ropes course was also really a fun challenge. We also enjoyed the Hacienda La Cienaga and its history.
It was also so nice to have such reliable airport transfers. Sylvana helped us numerous times with transfers and is helping to sort out the one problem we had. I should get a credit for Christmas Dinner at Hotel Quito since the dinner was scheduled for our stay on the night of he 25th but in actuality, they serve their formal Christmas Dinner on the 24th. We weren't there on the 24th, we were at El Porvenir. We paid for our own dinner on the 25th. It worked out just fine and we just need to resolve the credit. My credit card number has changed since I booked everything so I am not sure how I might expect to receive the credit.
We had a very complicated itinerary and the smoothness of execution made the trip so enjoyable and stress free. We do indeed have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for making it so.
