My husband and I travel quite a bit and have booked month long vacations previously on our own and through other travel agents, and I must say I was so pleasantly surprised by the booking process experience with this company. It was fun, informative, and engaging! I just finished booking a trip for my husband and me to Chile and Argentina with the help of Jon from SouthAmerica.travel who I would recommend to anyone! Jon is knowledgeable, polite, professional and was a delight to work with! A few days ago I reached out for a customized itinerary and provided our likes/dislikes, what we wanted to incorporate, etc. First, the turnaround time was so quick, and the initial proposal was one we loved! Secondly, it was nice to actually work with someone who had been to the countries and could provide some firsthand insight when needed. Jon stayed in touch regularly and really helpful in working around our travel needs, budget restrictions, time constraints - all the flexibility without sacrificing the integrity of the trip and the type of experience we want to have!
