We had the most fantastic trip and Easter Island was just as we imagined and more. The surreal effects of the Moai, the information on a lost civilization, the relaxation and solitude of the island, the ocean to see and walk by as well as wonderful accommodations was more than we could have hoped for from a travel company. The tours we comprehensive and the ones we had in Santiago and to Valparaiso we private which was an unexpected delight. Our tour guides went out of their way to insure our comfort and personalize the experience for us. Laicie Ireland was our travel consultant and did a wonderful job or planning all aspects of our trip to the planes, the hotels and the transfers. Everything was scheduled perfectly and was handled smoothly.  

Laicie was a fantastic consultant and worked with me for a year from beginning of planning last June until our trip which began June 8, 2011. Laicie was patient and followed up with my questions immediately and professionally and answered the myriad of emails I sent her until we almost departed for Chile. We could not have hoped for a better agent and hope she is recognized and rewarded by your company for her excellent work with clients. We want to express our delight with her and her help and she certainly went way beyond what was expected of her. We certainly plan to take trips with your company in the future, thanks to Laicie as a Travel Consultant.
